From
the Chef (Brian Casey): When I think
of Spring, I think of fresh, light,
and aromatic foods. The menu will
reflect the attitude of Spring,
lightness in movement, as well as
highlight the simple, delicate
flavors of the food and their health
benefits. The menu will have extremely
fresh ingredients, simply prepared
and artfully presented.
Sample
Menu:
Hors d'oeuvres
– mini puff pastry with wild
salmon mousse,
mushroom crostini with truffle oil
and fresh shaved cheese.
First Course: fresh
spring salad with vinaigrette.
Second Course: plated
variety of assorted seasonal items.
Dessert Plate:
dark chocolate, truffles, white
chocolate dipped strawberry,cheese
with balsamic reduction.
This
is PAC’s big money making
event for the Scholarship Fund so
all help will be greatly appreciated.
We
need volunteers to:

sell dinner tickets
- obtain
raffle prizes
- sell
raffle tickets
- help
set up for event
- clean
up after event
